Heidi Cuppari is a meta-leader in the sustainable financing, impact investing, youth entrepreneurship, and women’s leadership realms. Her prime career directive is socially-responsible corporate growth, from companies and nonprofits to political campaigns.

Her activities in tech, entrepreneurship, art, impact investing and more are designed to bridge traditional financial client support approaches and relationship-based innovations. She activates — and supports maximizing the global impact of — GenZ, Millennials and women investors through strategic collaboration and collective paradigm alignment, and social entrepreneurs of all ages – all towards the end of achieving the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.

She is the Founder of Dream Tank, a council member and an initial co-creator of The Digital Economist which launched in Davos, Switzerland during the World Economic Forum’s 50th Annual Meeting. She’s a member of 100 Women @ Davos, a a community of impact-driven women CEOs, leaders, and changemakers launched in Davos in January 2020 supporting United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (UNSDG) 5 Target 5.5 to: “ensure women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership”.

Dream Tank is a social entrepreneurship accelerator and collective impact SDG think tank with youth-centered innovation to unleash their creative genius and collaborate with leaders across sectors to create a more just, equitable, and sustainable world through the power of youth innovation, entrepreneurship and technology.

Prior to this, while at UBS, her meta-niche was increasing global systems shifts through broadening the scope of investment opportunities and retargeting their financial resources specifically on constructive social change. Additionally, she was the creatrix of the iDE Ambassador Group: a consortium of high net-worth benefactors who invested time, capital, and skill directly into the iDE.

A recent venture and passion project, Playa Puertecito, stands as a regenerative eco-village and school of the future in Baja, Mexico. Here, she hosts off-grid retreats that blend immersive play, nature, technology, entrepreneurship, and collaboration. This Collaborative, with esteemed partners like the PeaceJam Foundation, Ejido Solutions, BillionActs and Dream Tank, seeks to inspire innovation, particularly among the youth.

In collaboration with her daughter Summer, she co-edits the EmpowerGen column on Aboutboulder.com, shedding light on youth voices and issues while emphasizing the empowerment of the younger generation, and she coaches teens and young adults, as well as their parents, via a coaching and mentorship program called Teens and Parents on Track.

She helps steward purpose driven investment, systems change curation, pipeline development, and GenZ workplace readiness for a carefully curated and vetted set of finance professionals, corporations, ventures and families.
